Key Responsibilities
- Manage international accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
- High level of resilience and excellent conflict management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong business acumen.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude.
