About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration & Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of motoring and cycling products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in our retail stores and car parks.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on our products and services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
