Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide helpdesk support and advice via telephone and email to customers.
  • Manage customer queries, supporting the entire process until completion.
  • Develop a basic understanding of our products and services offered.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are completed and actioned in accordance with Helpdesk KPI's.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service within an office environment.
  • Able to demonstrate customer service and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change at short notice.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of £22,500.
  • Monday – Friday shift based rota between 07:30AM – 17:00PM.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
