Job Summary:

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Director to support our UK employees. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all related processes.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment process, including coaching line managers on best practices and securing top talent.
  • Policy and Compliance: Update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law and maintain FCA compliance trackers.
  • Employee Relations: Manage all employee relations issues professionally and discreetly.
  • Performance Management: Closely align with business leaders to manage workforce performance through performance reviews, probation reviews, and exit interviews.
  • Learning and Development: Take an active role in learning and development needs for employees from intern level upwards.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Experience: Proven track record operating at a senior level in HR within Financial Services.
  • Financial Services Expertise: Previous experience in a standalone position is advantageous.
  • Professionalism and Stakeholder Management: Impeccable professionalism and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications and Education: CIPD Qualified to level 5 or a bachelor's degree in HR.
  • Technical Skills: Tech savvy with experience in using various HRIS and advanced Excel skills.
  • Asset Management Experience: Essential experience working within Asset Management.
