Enterprise Client Acquisitions Representative

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Sabio Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and executing strategies, and maintaining accurate records of all lead interactions and activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients: Utilize marketing campaigns, online research, and other lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
- Gathering information on prospects: Research and gather information on prospects, including their needs, challenges, and key decision-makers, focused on the largest companies across Financial Services and Retail in the UK.
- Initiating outbound calls: Initiate outbound phone calls to prospects to introduce our company, identify their pain points, and assess their interest in our products/services.
- Building relationships: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring they are engaged and well-informed about our offerings.
- Reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the sales and management teams.
- Event organization: Set up lead generating events locally together with the global and local team, and follow up these events for meeting creation.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, remote/flexible work options, life insurance, private health and dental care, cycle to work scheme, and 28 days paid holiday a year, including 3 Sabio days.
