About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer retention and loyalty for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of customer retention programs across various product groups, including Service Plans, Extended Guarantees, and Honda Accident Assistance.
  • Develop and deliver monthly retention product performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Set and track retailer targets for retention product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing countermeasures to drive results.
  • Collaborate with field teams to enhance retention product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure marketing assets for retention products are relevant and effective in supporting sales performance.
  • Review and evolve the retention program portfolio to deliver industry-leading customer propositions.
  • Support the tender and contract process for retention product business partners.
  • Design and deliver workshops to develop retention product experts within our field teams.
Requirements
  • Proven understanding of retail Aftersales operations and environment.
  • Ability to make sound recommendations based on facts and market research.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Confident analytical skills.
