We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for the daily management of our customer retention programs across various product groups.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of our retention product suite, ensuring seamless delivery across all product groups.
- Develop and deliver monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Set and track retailer targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing countermeasures to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate with our field teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure marketing assets are relevant and effective in supporting promotion and sales performance.
- Review and evolve our program portfolio, delivering industry-leading customer propositions.
- Support the tender and contract process for our retention product business partners.
- Design and deliver workshops to develop retention product experts within our field teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
- Proven understanding of retail Aftersales operations and environment.
- Ability to make sound recommendations based on facts and market research.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Confident analytical skills.
- A competitive salary of £38,000.
