Project Document Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Information Management Coordinator to join our team at Tilbury Douglas Construction Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of information management principles and be able to extend and promote the use of information management best practices at all times to suppliers, clients and sub-contractors.
The role involves supporting fellow staff members tasked with document control duties and enforcing / re-enforcing the use of the EDMS throughout the business to internal & external customers to aid project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extend and promote the use of information management best practices at all times to suppliers, clients and sub-contractors
- Support fellow staff members tasked with document control duties
- Enforce / re-enforce the use of the EDMS throughout the business to internal & external customers to aid project delivery
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to and work on-site in a construction environment (Includes Multiple Sites)
- Knowledge of collaborative software, and ideally Conject (BIW) or Viewpoint (4Projects)
- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in information management within an engineering environment
- Must be computer literate; with good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level
