Senior Engagement and Events Manager

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement and Events Manager to join our team. As a Senior Engagement and Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a programme of events and engagement activities for the school community, including pupils, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a programme of events and engagement activities, including virtual and physical events
  • Lead on Core Events across the school and be the first point of contact
  • Develop and implement a donor and supporter care event programme
  • Manage volunteers and support the delivery of a global network for the community
  • Line manage the Engagement and Events Manager and interns
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering highly sophisticated events and communications programmes
  • Experience of donor care management and volunteer management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse individuals
  • Knowledge of CRM databases, preferably Raiser's Edge
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 1 day from home during school time and 2 days from home during half terms
