Job Opportunity

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement and Events Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a programme of engaging events and activities that bring together the school community, including pupils, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to engage the school community
  • Lead on the planning and execution of core events, including donor and supporter care events
  • Manage volunteer teams and coordinate volunteer activities
  • Support the development of a global network for the community
  • Line manage the Engagement and Events Manager and interns

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful events and communications programmes
  • Experience working in development, alumni relations, or a similar field
  • Experience in managing budgets and donor care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CRM databases and IT systems
