Job Overview

Oriel Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO and Office Manager to provide high-level business support and oversee the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with C-Suite level EA experience, a structured approach, and expertise in supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent diary management, inbox and expense management, travel arrangement, document preparation, and private duties skills.

The role involves supporting 4-5 days a week, providing business EA support, and ensuring the efficient running of the office. Key responsibilities include ordering office supplies, greeting guests, assisting with events, and HR-related tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • C-Suite level EA experience with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong characters and maintain a calm and resilient approach
What We Offer
