Job Title: Strategic Support Specialist

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on location)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic diary management, inbox management & prioritisation and time planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office administration & operations, including building access & protocols, office maintenance activities, inventory management, compliance with H&S/environmental regulations, vendor management & office documentation control.
  • Perform ad-hoc reception duties in the absence of the office receptionist.
  • Oversee and manage complex travel arrangements & itineraries. Create detailed itineraries/agendas for daily activities and manage all travel logistics.

Qualifications:

An undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

Experience & Technical Skills Required:

  • Substantial working experience as an executive assistant within a multinational company.
  • Mining or operational experience would be an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft application software (particularly Excel, Outlook & Word).
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages (Spanish) highly regarded.
