Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality mental health care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to lead the Therapy Suite team at Atherleigh Park Hospital in Leigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day service delivery, staff wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Therapy Suite team to deliver effective and equitable access to services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff wellbeing and development.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of the Therapy Suite service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health legislation and statutory guidance, as well as experience of managing complex personnel issues. They will also be able to demonstrate positive leadership and management skills to an integrated multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this role is approximately £48,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
