About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients' existing customer base
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Work towards hitting individualized daily and weekly targets
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
