Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Company Profile: Our client, a well-established property business based in Hatfield, is seeking a dynamic and upbeat individual to support their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the bookkeeping for their extensive property portfolio, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Track daily financial transactions and finalise the posting process.
  • Reconcile invoices and spot any discrepancies.
  • Generate financial reports for management analysis.
  • Use Xero accounting software to ensure precise financial records.
  • Perform routine office duties to support overall administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Bookkeeping.
  • Strong administrator.
  • IT Literate.
  • Numerical Skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledgeable of Xero.
