Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Project Administrator to become part of a collaborative and nurturing team within a thriving organization.


The primary objective of this role is to manage a collection of agreements and appendices by coordinating and generating timely and precise financial submissions and reports for both external and internal stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact.


You will offer guidance and support to the management team and the broader organization, collaborating closely with the Head of Claims and Financial Support as well as the Business Growth Head of Contracts and Grant Management to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing processes and operational practices, thereby optimizing financial outcomes within contractual guidelines.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with options for remote work.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: Up to £36,000 based on experience
  • 5% non-contributory pension plan
  • 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 28 after two years of service)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting regular financial management reports, including KPIs and narrative summaries for key contracts
  • Monitoring and managing contract budgets and financial resources
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial submissions
  • Providing oversight and direction to ensure adherence to audit standards

Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in business management or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with online reporting systems related to funding
  • Ability to interpret and present data in reports and briefing documents for various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data extraction
  • Experience managing multiple projects and responding to various demands simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills to analyze and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite
