Job Title: Highways Quantity Surveyor

Location: Hatfield

Salary: up to £60,000 plus car allowance

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  1. Manage the financial and contractual performance of projects.
  2. Oversee projects' financial performance, ensuring profit targets and efficiency savings.
  3. Adhere to contractual timescales and administer change control.
  4. Identify and manage risks and opportunities effectively.
  5. Effectively manage the Supply Chain and conduct audits.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  1. Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the highway industry.
  2. The ability to work independently and proactively.
  3. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of cost performance monitoring and contract administration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a Highways Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual performance of projects, ensuring profit targets and efficiency savings.

You will work closely with our team to identify and manage risks and opportunities effectively, and to administer change control. Your excellent relationship-building and communication skills will be essential in managing the Supply Chain and conducting audits.
