Role Overview

Calco Services, a renowned civil engineering company, is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong reputation and impressive pipeline of work, particularly in highways and rail sectors, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement.

As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing project finances and contracts, ensuring profit targets and efficiency. Your expertise in NEC contracts and cost management software will be crucial in maximizing opportunities and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project finances, ensure profit targets, and optimize efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, while capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Conduct compliant procurement and address commercial and legal queries.
  • Manage and audit the supply chain, track project progress, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

This challenging role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent, along with professional membership (RICS, CICES) and CSCS card being highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cost performance monitoring and contract administration is essential.

What We Offer
