Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Assistant Lead to join our team in Lambeth. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with Autism and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role

This position is perfect for a dedicated and passionate professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a Learning Disabilities Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students in a classroom setting, working closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to students with Autism in a collaborative learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff to design and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of students with Autism
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or related field from a top 20 UK university
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level results desirable
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN highly desirable
  • Passion, commitment, and capability to work with students with SEN

Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
