About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong set of GCSE and A-Level results, a First-Class or 2:1 Degree, and a genuine passion for empowering children. As a Supportive Learning Assistant, you will work closely with supportive and friendly Secondary Teachers to provide academic and pastoral support to 11-18 year olds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with SEN
  • Deliver small group interventions and monitor progress
  • Work alongside teachers to guide, motivate, and empower students

Requirements:

  • First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University
  • Possess a strong set of GCSE and A-Level results
  • A true desire and passion for supporting children
