Teaching Assistant Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children's learning, particularly in Year 1 (Key Stage 1). Your duties will include small group work, one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Long-Term Opportunity

This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

We seek a proactive, adaptable, and caring individual who can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A passion for supporting children's development and learning is essential.

Requirements
  1. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
  2. Previous experience working with children as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is essential, ideally within KS1 and/or EYFS.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary for a teaching assistant role in London.
