About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs Assistant to support students with Autism in one of our partner schools in Lambeth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges, and promoting their independence.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs. Your passion for education, combined with your dedication to supporting students with Autism, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of a 2:1 degree related to Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, as well as previous experience working with SEN students. Strong GCSE and A-Level results are desirable.

Salary: £28,500 - £32,000 per annum.
