Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, paid in accordance with the UK's National Living Wage rates. This includes 12.07% statutory holiday pay, ensuring that you receive a fair reward for your hard work and dedication.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a college in Southwark, London. You will be working one-to-one with students aged 19-25 who have special needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and physical disabilities. Your role will involve providing individualized support to help these students develop their academic and social skills, as well as participating in lessons such as music, art, and P.E.

You will also have the chance to work outdoors, supporting students on activities like farm visits and work placements, which aim to prepare them for life outside education and encourage independence.
