Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant for Creative Learning Support. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, helping them to develop their academic and social skills through creative approaches.

We offer a range of creative programs, including art, music, and P.E., which provide students with opportunities to develop their skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-one creative sessions to students with special needs, preparing them for life outside education.
  • Assist in lessons such as music, art, and P.E., and support students at local farms, work placements, and other non-educational organisations.
  • Support students in achieving their educational goals, promoting independence and confidence.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification and experience in teaching or supporting students with special needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and consistent approach.
  • The ability to inspire trust and motivate learners to integrate and learn through play.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
