Secondary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our team in an outstanding secondary school in Lambeth.

About the Role:

  • Assist teaching staff with leading learning sessions for students aged 11-16.
  • Help increase attainment in core subjects and support students in their academic development.
  • Work as part of a close-knit community of staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to teaching staff and students.
  • Prepare materials and resources for lessons.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
