The Role:

  • Lead the SENDCo team in achieving academic and personal excellence for students with additional needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and reduce barriers to learning
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, LSAs, and other staff to provide high-quality support to students

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and ambitious individual with experience in SEND
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional support to students with additional needs

Salary: MPS/UPS Inner London + up to 8.5% additional plus TLR1b (£14,522)
