Are you a motivated graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Manager at BMS Performance, a market leader in sales recruitment. This role offers a competitive £28k basic salary, with the potential to earn up to £32k OTE. You will be based in Wisbech, where you will develop new business sales opportunities and represent our full range of carton and lined board packaging products into the Foodservice, Food On The Move, and Chilled markets.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, commutable to Wisbech a few times a week, and eager to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Graduate Sales Professional, you will build relationships with clients, communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent relationship building skills. Our company provides a fully funded sales training program delivered by BMS Performance, ensuring your success in this role.
