Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate referrals, ensuring that all necessary information is updated in Salesforce.
  2. Collate and analyse data from various sources, producing reports and statutory returns as required.
  3. Provide a comprehensive administrative service to the clinic, including liaison with clients and gathering feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's customer-facing experience and administrative skills.
  • Management experience is essential, as the role includes line management of administrators on site.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and intermediate-level proficiency in office applications.
