We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our office.

Responsibilities:
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement effective office management procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT providers and handle all IT-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Manage employee records, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with HR policies, procedure updates, and employee communications.
- Coordinate employee benefits, leave, and payroll administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the company directors and Operations Director.
- Support project tasks and initiatives as required.
- Liaise with insurance providers and perform file checks for data accuracy.
What We Offer:
As an Office Operations Manager at Service Care Solutions Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 21 days' holiday, pension, and flexible working options.
