At Duke Corporate Education, we are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our leadership team and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a high standard of proactive, organized, and detail-oriented administrative support, striving for excellence in efficient administration.
  • Utilizing key systems (CRM, CoPilot, Financial Management System, Knowledge Management, HR Systems) to collect and validate data for regular reporting.
  • Supporting project teams with project administration, planning, resource utilization tracking, and administrative tasks.
  • Meeting management support, including team efficiency and strong disciplines in meeting tracking, preparation, agenda setting, follow-up, and action tracking.
  • Supporting key office priorities and strategic initiatives, including administrative support on marketing campaigns, technology pilots, and business development scheduling.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Degree-qualified with a minimum of 1-year administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  • Project management experience, ideally holding a PM qualification.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 or other office software systems, preferably with experience of CRM systems, financial management systems, and operational support systems.
