About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Asset Servicing Transformation Program Manager to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and program delivery for our global Asset Servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Process Mapping: Partner with key business and technology representatives to drive business requirements definition and communicate design solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Program Management: Prepare business requirements documentation, work closely with technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions, and collaborate with vendors to oversee and agree delivery in line with requirements.
  • Change Management: Assist Operations Leads in ensuring readiness for go-live of change and drive growth by refining technology-driven customer and client experiences.
Requirements
  • Program Management Experience: Prior experience of front-to-back, full lifecycle project & program management, with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills, with the ability to leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders and Technology.
  • Business Acumen: Minimum degree educated (or equivalent experience) with investment banking knowledge and a strong understanding of corporate actions and operations processes.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required, with a self-starter attitude and ability to lead, work in a team or independently.
