We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Associate to join our Transformation Design & Delivery team in the Payment Operations organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Corporate Investment Banking transformation, change programs, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project execution for operations planning, prioritization, and readiness in line with the Swift ISO 20022 market go-live roadmap.
- Identify 'as is' processes, change requirements, business requirements, and resourcing in support of business analysts and technology subject matter experts.
- Test planning, execution, and reporting in support of the User Acceptance Testing team.
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities.
- Collect data, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide resourcing and capability analysis across Payment Operations to support functional leads, including impact analysis for change board discussions.
- Lead independent initiatives working across functional teams and lines of business.
- Experience in banking/financial services.
- Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: core cash processing or global financial messaging.
- Project management experience - execution focused, tenacious, and risk aware, with excellent time management skillset.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect.
- Promotes partnership; encourages collaboration, information sharing, and discussion to break down silos.
- Builds/promotes a client/customer-centered organization.
- Strong payments knowledge and/or prior experience in driving large-scale strategic projects.
- Knowledge of end-to-end technology lifecycles and release patterns.
- Adaptable, able to work globally, across lines of businesses, and particularly across functions.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and presenting executive-level content.
