Associate Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Advocate to join our team at Coram Voice. As a self-employed advocate, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the rights of children and young people in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for the rights and interests of children and young people in care, care leavers, and other vulnerable groups.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to transform the lives of young people.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality advocacy services.
- Contribute to the development of our children's rights service across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
- Proven experience in advocacy, social work, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of children's rights and the ability to apply this in practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
As a self-employed Associate Advocate, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly committed and well-supported team, making a real difference to the lives of children and young people. You will also have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours, subject to meeting the minimum availability requirements.
