About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advocate to join our team at Coram Voice. As a self-employed Associate Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the rights of children and young people in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate on behalf of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to transform the lives of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to champion the rights of children and young people.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of our children's rights service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in advocacy, particularly with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of children's rights and advocacy principles.
