Job Title: Security Officer - M&S Store
Location: Yeomans Way, Bournemouth
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at the M&S Store in Yeomans Way, Bournemouth. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and customer service to the store and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect the store, its people, and assets by providing security and excellent customer service.
- Company funded SIA Licence renewal.
- £12.50 per hour pay rate alongside numerous Mitie benefits.
- Fully supported by the Security Operations Centre and provided with technology such as body worn camera and incident reporting mobile device.
- Delivering results that meet and/or exceed the expectations of Mitie and M&S by using all technology provided and following legal guidance.
Requirements:
- Previous security or retail experience.
- SIA licence is desirable but not essential as full SIA training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
