We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Advocate to join our team at Coram Voice. As a self-employed advocate, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the rights of children and young people in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate on behalf of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to transform the lives of young people.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality advocacy services.
- Contribute to the development of our children's rights service, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in advocacy, particularly in the context of children's rights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, young people, and professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
