Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement detailed plans that encompass strategic direction, technical specifications, and timelines to guarantee timely delivery of technology solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies, addressing obstacles and establishing contingency measures to sustain project and program progress.
  • Engage with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to delineate program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in technical program management, leading multifaceted technology projects and initiatives within a large organization.
  • Relevant experience or certification in Infrastructure practices - AWS/Azure/FinOps.
  • Experience or certification in data analytics and tools (e.g., Alteryx / Tableau).
  • Background in application or product lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the capability to forge productive relationships and influence decisions across diverse teams and clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships to facilitate on-demand access to shared applications and services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to decompose business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks.
