  • Communication and Transition Planning: Develop and complete transition plans for internal teams to adopt ServiceNow, schedule releases for multiple simultaneous projects within our team, and create communication strategies, plans, and execute for transition activity.
  • Platform Adoption and Reporting: Come up with innovative ideas to track, report, and present platform adoption rates to ensure the project is achieving the agreed benefits.
  • Technical Solution Development: Collaborate with technical staff to ensure the solutions being developed can be easily adopted by the hundreds of teams that need to migrate.
  • Initiative Development and Execution: Drive initiatives within the team from inception, through strategic development, production to completion.
Requirements
  • Technical Program Management Experience: Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Technical Fluency: Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  • Resource Management: Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Analytical Reasoning: Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • Project Management Tools: Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Positive Attitude and Adaptability: A positive can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure with multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to be in the details, as well as distill and filter the right information for the right audience.
