As a Vice President of Market Asset Servicing Transformation Program Manager within Operations, you will be part of a team dedicated to internal business transformation and program execution for global Asset Servicing teams across Equities, Prime, and Fixed Income sectors. Your role will involve close collaboration with management and team members, overseeing comprehensive program management that encompasses business analysis, process mapping, solution design, planning, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with essential business and technology stakeholders to define business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiate consensus on design solutions among diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop clear and thorough business requirements documentation.
  • Work in partnership with technology teams to assist in testing and implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Engage with other program team members to ensure successful execution of the change agenda.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery aligns with established requirements.
  • Support Operations Leads in preparing for the go-live phase of changes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in full lifecycle project management, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation (both verbal and written), and influencing skills.
  • Minimum educational qualifications (or equivalent experience) with a solid understanding of investment banking.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to drive discussions and influence decisions with business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Effective change management skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to lead, collaborate within a team, or work independently.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Familiarity with Corporate Actions and operational processes is advantageous.
