Job Title: Learning Manager – Digital Innovation

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Manager to join our team at ST LUKE LEARNING CENTER. As a Learning Manager – Digital Innovation, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our digital education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain high-quality digital education curricula that meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences that promote student success and employability.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of our digital education programs.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote the development and delivery of our digital education programs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our digital education programs meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with industry needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as education, digital media, or a related field.
  • Teaching Qualification: A teaching qualification relevant to post-16 education, such as a PGCE or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in education or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality education programs.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the digital education industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, educators, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
