About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generating campaigns using advanced marketing automation technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage campaigns across PPC, email, digital, social media, advertising, and webinars to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans and assist in executing campaigns that align with these strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms to ensure continuous improvement of the website.

Requirements
