Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generating campaigns using advanced marketing automation technology.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage campaigns across PPC, email, digital, social media, advertising, and webinars to drive business growth and revenue.
- Contribute to the annual marketing plans and assist in executing campaigns that align with these strategies.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms to ensure continuous improvement of the website.
- Test and optimize customer journeys, reporting on deliverables, adjusting strategies, managing costs, and maximizing ROI.
- Utilize data and analytics to guide content, campaigns, and creative outputs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and Content Management Systems.
- Expertise in customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
