About the Role

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation technology to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define campaign target audiences, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Design and develop engaging content, including videos, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data insights and analytics tools
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advocate for their implementation across the business
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience with marketing automation technology and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
