Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team as a Social Media Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling, world-class campaigns across the bicycling and powersports arenas, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility within the cycling and powersports communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media channels with creativity and strategy
  • Develop and implement channel-specific content strategies aligned with brand Tone of Voice
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts
  • Monitor social trends, technological updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into overall marketing plans
  • Provide insightful monthly KPI reports to stakeholders
  • Liaise with external agencies, brand partners, and retailers on social activation initiatives
  • Attend global events as needed for content capture and brand representation

Requirements:

  • A passionate social media expert with a strong affinity for cycling or powersports
  • Experience in developing and executing effective social media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of global bicycle and powersports industries
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to embody and deliver brand Tone of Voice
  • Proficiency in social media planning and analytics tools
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently

Desirable:

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or CIM Diploma
  • Project management excellence and experience in FMCG
  • Budget management experience
  • Full motorcycle licence
