About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's voice and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's tone and voice
  • Manage all social media channels, including creating and scheduling engaging content
  • Monitor social trends, technological updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into overall marketing plans
  • Liaise with external agencies, brand partners, and retailers on social activation initiatives
  • Attend global events as needed for content capture and brand representation
Requirements
  • Passionate social media expert with a strong affinity for cycling or powersports
  • Experience in developing and executing effective social media campaigns
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to embody and deliver brand tone and voice
  • Proficiency in social media planning and analytics tools
  • Ability to work over some weekends at events
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with social media evaluation tools
Education and Certifications
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or CIM Diploma
  • Project management excellence and experience in FMCG
  • Full motorcycle license
