We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Manager to join our team at ST LUKE LEARNING CENTER. As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our education programs, working closely with our faculty and staff to ensure the highest quality learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with our institution's strategic goals and objectives.
- Program Management: Manage and coordinate the delivery of education programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Faculty Support: Provide guidance and support to faculty members in the development and delivery of their courses.
- Student Support: Ensure that students receive a high-quality learning experience, including academic and pastoral support.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of our education programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of our education programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in education program management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
