About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset Management Specialist to join our team at ea Change. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing technology software assets, licensing, policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SAM tooling and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and optimize licenses for a major complex vendor, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of complex licensing for a major software vendor (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).
  • Deliver license propositions for a minimum of 3 years, demonstrating expertise in software asset management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all areas of IT and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management tools such as Snow, Flexera, License Optimizer.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.
