About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Asset Servicing Transformation Program Manager to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and program delivery for our global Asset Servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Process Mapping: Partner with key business and technology representatives to drive business requirements definition and design solutions.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate agreement on design solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive business requirements documentation.
  • Testing and Implementation: Work closely with our technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions where required.
  • Program Management: Partner with other members of the program team to ensure successful execution across the change agenda.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to oversee and agree delivery in line with requirements.
  • Go-Live Readiness: Assist Operations Leads in ensuring readiness for go-live of change.
Requirements
  • Program Management Experience: Prior experience of front-to-back, full lifecycle project & program management.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills.
  • Education and Investment Banking Knowledge: Minimum degree educated (or equivalent experience) with investment banking knowledge.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders and Technology.
  • Partnership and Relationship Building: Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required.
  • Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and strong analytical skills required.
  • Change Management: Effective change management skills. Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Delivery Track Record: Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: A self-starter with ability to lead, work in a team or independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate Actions and Operations Knowledge: Knowledge of Corporate Actions and operations processes would be beneficial.
