Office Coordinator Specialist

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Corus Consultancy as an Office Coordinator Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner and noting messages.
- Assisting with various queries and keeping an eye out for potential new business opportunities.
- Being articulate and polite when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Building and retaining relationships with current client contacts.
- Replenishing stationery supplies and advising on levels.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
- Confirming appointments and monitoring online job boards.
- Providing research assistance and photocopying services as needed.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Preparing registration packs and generating sales leads.
- Updating recruitment databases and placing adverts.
- Coordinating recruitment days and managing phone retention.
- Accurately recording advertisements and recruitment tracking.
We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
