Front Office Service Coordinator

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Front Office Service Coordinator to join our team at the Hilton Birmingham Metro.
Salary: £25,836.72 per annum, plus up to 10% of quarterly gross salary based on Front Office KPIs.
Job RequirementsIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. If you are an ambitious hotelier with excellent communication, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills, then this is the role for you.
